She began her coaching business in 2020, to help others understand that we
need to take responsibility for increasing and maintaining the habits that will
benefit us physically and mentally.
She approaches this by using the mind/body connection and integrating a
variety of techniques that have been scientifically proven to reduce cortisol
levels in our bodies.
This takes us out of the “emergency zone”, so we can access our
subconscious mind and change how we think.
She is a life-long learner who has her MBA and she also completed a 200
hour training to become a certified Yoga Teacher.
She is certified as a Health and Life Coach with Health Coach Institute.
Tracy’s mission is to make your life more meaningful and help you find
balance in this amazing world of ours.
Tracy will help you figure out who you are, and who you want to be through
setting goals and achieving them as you work together.
During your coaching journey, the focus is on getting you to where your
vision takes you.
